Take a look around the world,
you find people staring at him.
He thought he was special,
or was it mere coincidence.

People shrug their shoulders
as they walk past him.
He looks with curious eyes,
if he could recognize any.

Stranger was he in the land unknown,
searching for familiar faces.
So close yet so far was he,
so complicated to find thy identity.

Every smile turned down,
Every outstretched arm withdrawn.
Was it a sin being a stranger,
was it just too early to decide.

Time just slips away,
when we care less for ourselves.
A heart felt warm,
when a smile is being accepted.

A smile grown with each passing day,
that leadth to speak a word.
The words knit so neatly together,
to strike a chord of humanity.

He's no longer a stranger anymore,
lest he forgets to smile.
Living in the present, never to look back at,
the day that wasn't.

just like an empty bucket.

and live my dreams my way'.

is all they had to say.

how long would he stay here
burdened with these responsibilities.
give him a chance to break free,
else he'd cross the limits of sanity.

As dreams do come true.
Wake up to see the rising sun,
it's a boon to a lucky few.

WINGS OF MADNESS

Glorious were those days, when i looked up the sky
A sight to cherish, when birds would fly
A flight that would set my eyes open wide
Spreading out my hands in the air, I would laugh at what I tried.

Young was I when I never realized what i was capable of,
I would wonder if my madness would make people laugh.
A sense of negativity would make me creep into a shell.
A shell wide enough to reason out and say "what the hell???".

The least you bother about others thoughts, the more you grow,
Just keep your mind open and see what life has to throw.
With each passing day you are bound to fly high,
No wonder the height may be crazy, just stay there to reach the sky.

Behind every success achieved, is a little madness below,
Don't chase your dreams, instead chuck aside the pillow.
Get out in the open and spread out your wings,
Life is short lived, make it larger and live as kings.

Let the world continue to mock and laugh at you,
Never quit on your madness, cause its a boon to few.
Your madness has no limit and needs no roots, but wings instead
No matter how strong the wind blows, hold a humble head.

Never give up when things don't go the way you intend,
Stay calm and put up a smile on your face, else try and pretend.
When failure is dominant and success is all you plead,
Just spread out your hands and feel the air, cause wings of madness is all you need.

Love, the word so closely associated to the heart
Ever wondered where did it all start
When two eyes meet,
The damn heart begins to beat.
A beat that sets your pulses so high
That gosh, u may even die.

When the night has come and the day is done
Love indeed ruins all the fun.
It makes you spend sleepless nights,
No wonder you still wake up and end in humble fights.
Come miss BEAUTIFUL and you say, "try me cupid"
My dear, cupid does his job and make you feel stupid.

You look around and I'm sure it's only her you find,
But as the old saying goes- Love Is Always Blind.
When you look into the mirror you say, "why me ??? ",
Though you have a choice you'd say, "the experience is pretty lovely".
It was never too late, you could still wake up,
But you love the flow and end up in coffee day with a cup.

Days, months, and years go by,
Finally D-day comes and she says tata bhu bye.
You hold your hands across your eyes,
And realize that she was hurt by ALL your lies.
She just walked away, while tears rolled down her lovely cheek,
You join your palms and ask GOD, "will she ever speak??? ".

Now you realize, love ain't child's play,
Wish you had not lied as the child, she would rather stay.
She's gone, never will she return back,
The world is large enough, get your life back on track.
She was just the beginning, never the end,
Look at your purse, you've saved a lot, else you had to spend.

Love has it's own share of up's and down's,
Sometimes you have to be serious, else act as clowns.
Now that you have seen the Funny Side Of Love,
Go back to her and say that she means more to you than a cow.
Give her flowers, give her love, she needs it more than hay,
Because Love my brother is everlasting and here to stay.

Your mind is a tricky one,
Make the right choices to have some fun.
Your mind is a slave of illusions,
But undoubtedly the source for your solutions.

Days, weeks, months and years go by,
Though the body grows old, the mind never dies.
Age is an issue of mind over matter,
The more you think of it, the more it'll shatter.

You are the master of your mind.
Don't lose it, cause it's hard to find.
